Fitness sessions

At Powersports Gym, we also run high-energy fitness sessions designed to boost strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing.

Our HIIT classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 12:30pm, offering the perfect midday blast to work your whole body in a short, effective session.

For those looking to push themselves further, our Circuits sessions provide a full-body workout that challenges your limits and builds real functional fitness.

Circuits run on:

  • Tuesdays 5:45–6:30pm

  • Fridays 6:15–7:15pm

  • Saturdays 11:30am–12:30pm

Both class types are suitable for all fitness levels and are designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more energised.
